Andrey Ryabov and Andrey Kondakov began their creative collaboration in 1989, when they created a quartet that quickly gained recognition both in Russia and abroad. Their performances took place at prestigious festivals in Finland, Estonia, Sweden, Switzerland and Germany. A joint live album with American saxophonist Richie Cole, released by Melodiya, received high marks from critics and confirmed their mastery.

At the concert at the Alexandrinsky Theatre, the duo of Ryabov and Kondakov will be joined by drummer Andrei Ivanov, who will add special dynamics and depth of sound to the performance in the trio format.
