The plot of the play tells about the Snow Maiden, the product of Winter and Spring, who finds herself in the world of the Berendeys, a community with its own rules and structure. In this performance, special attention is paid to the theme of rules and the differences between the world of the Snow Maiden and the world of the Berendeys.

In addition, the play touches on the issues of “Friend or Foe” and choice, and the viewer can choose the soundtrack for the play using headphones. Visitors are given headphones and transmitters with three channels, where each channel offers a different soundtrack: music, a rhythmic manifesto-instructions for dance and verbatim about an ideal state. There is also the opportunity to simply enjoy the “live” sound of the performance by removing the headphones.

The choreography of the performance was developed by Alexander Chelidze, who used elements of Russian stage dance, folklore, emotional gesture, rituals and modern dance. The performers are dramatic actors, and their lack of dance experience gave the performance a special style and direction of movement.

The music for the performance was created by Vladimir Rozanov based on the musical material of Russian and foreign musical classics, inspired by the choreography of Alexander Chelidze. The texts and libretto of the play were compiled by Masha Vse-Taki.
