Priska Zeisel

Priska Zeisel is an outstanding ballerina whose career spans the leading stages of Europe. Born in Vienna to a large family, Priska showed a passion for the art of dance from childhood. Starting with rhythmic gymnastics, she already participated in her first competitions at the age of three. In 2005, Priska entered the ballet school of the Vienna State Opera, where she studied until the age of 15, and then continued her studies at prestigious institutions in Monte Carlo and Cannes.

In 2011, Priska was accepted to the ballet troupe of the Vienna State Opera, where she achieved the status of demi-soloist in six years. In 2016, she joined the Bavarian State Ballet in Munich under the direction of Igor Zelensky, who immediately offered her the position of soloist. Today, Priska Zeisel is a prima ballerina of the Mikhailovsky Theatre in St. Petersburg, where she was invited by Vladimir Kekhman for the 2023/2024 season.

Her participation in the Forum of United Cultures in St. Petersburg, in the presence of the President of the Russian Federation and other prominent cultural figures, underlines her importance in the world of art.
