"Ruki Vverh!" is back in St. Petersburg – get ready for a musical explosion!
Get ready to hear the legendary compositions that the whole country knows: "Kroshka Moya", "Chuzhie Guby", "Alyoshka", "18 Mne Uzhe", "Student" - these songs have become a symbol of an entire era. You can expect new versions and unexpected collaborations with young performers, such as the track "Mne Kholos S Toby" with the "Pidzhakov" project. Updated arrangements and a modern show with video projections, professional lighting design and well-coordinated performance of the musicians, many of whom have been working with the group for over 15 years, guarantee an unforgettable spectacle.
The group was created by Sergey Zhukov and Alexey Potekhin in Samara after their work on the radio "Europa Plus". The debut album "Dyhite Urodivostok" (1997) with the hits "Student" and "Malysh" immediately gained popularity throughout the country. The following albums "Sdelay Pogruzhe!" (1998) and "Bez Tormov" (1999) sold in huge numbers, despite problems with piracy. After the group's breakup in 2006 and Potekhin's departure, Zhukov revived the band in 2008. Since then, the band has been actively touring, releasing updated versions of hits, and even filmed a biopic about its history, which will be released in 2024.
