The band "Ruki Vverh!" has become one of the most vibrant pop groups. It is listened to not only by those who grew up on the rhythms of "Devchonki," "Students," "I'm 18 Now," "Kroshka Moy," and other iconic compositions by Zhukov and his band. These songs were played at discos in clubs all over the country.
Few people know that the band's first major successes were the songs "Baby" and "Student," and the song "My Baby" appeared much later. At the very beginning of their creative journey, the band was called "Hyundai Hoch," and the lineup included not only Potekhin and Zhukov, but also female dancers and a backing vocalist. The group released about twenty albums.
In 2006, the group broke up. Just a couple of years later, the frontman of the group, Sergey Zhukov, decided to revive "Ruki Vverh!", and for 20 years now we have been listening to our favorite songs again and have had the opportunity to attend the group's grandiose musical concerts.
