Avangard is a Russian professional hockey club from the city of Omsk, which also plays in the KHL. The club is the champion of Russia in 2004 and 2021, winner of the Gagarin Cup in 2021 and the European Champions Cup in 2005. They also became silver medalists in the KHL and the Russian Championship in 2012 and 2019.
