Description
The Rowing Sports Center in Kazan is a unique combination of construction sites and landscape architecture. This sports complex includes a 2,000-meter rowing distance, bleachers, a referee tower and other facilities. It is the only modern sports facility in Russia that fully meets the requirements of the International Canoe Federation and the International Rowing Federation. The rowing Sports Center is located on the shore of Sredny Kaban Lake, just 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the city center. The total area of the facility is 17 hectares. In addition to sports facilities, the Regatta Hotel and the Rehabilitation Medicine Center are also located on the territory of the center. A significant part of the territory is occupied by an extensive green area, which can be used for team building events, children's parties and sports contests.
