About event

The play "The Kingdom of Crooked Mirrors" at the Baltic House is a bright and exciting musical performance that immerses the audience in the amazing world of fairy tales and adventures. The story of a girl named Olya, who accidentally ends up in a mysterious kingdom, captivates the hearts of both children and adults.

Olya, played by Valentina Korovnikova, finds herself in a magical place where mirrors distort reality. Together with her faithful friend Yalo, played by Polina Garanenkova, she goes through many trials. Here she will have to face the cunning Anidag (played by Victoria Zhilina and Irina Murtazaeva), the malicious Abaj (Andrey Arkhipov and Kirill Gusev) and other amazing characters.

The scene where Olya, turning to her reflection, begins to see herself from a new side deserves special attention. This moment becomes a turning point in her adventure and helps her realize her mistakes and shortcomings. “So what if I’m being capricious, so what if I don’t want to go to school. Oh, so what if I ran across the street on a red light or didn’t say thank you to grandma for lunch.” But it turns out that all this matters, and Olya learns to be more attentive and grateful.

The play also features Honored Artists of Russia Klavdiya Belova and Natalia Nesterova, who play the roles of Grandmother and Aunt Aksal, adding depth and wisdom to the story. Oleg Korobkin as the boy Gurd and Igor Goppikov as Yagupop create unforgettable images that remain in the audience’s memory for a long time.

The scenography and musical accompaniment of the play deserve special mention. The magical scenery, created with love and attention to detail, transports the audience to a fairy-tale world where anything is possible. The music accompanying each scene enhances the emotional perception and makes the performance even more impressive.

If you want to become part of this exciting adventure, hurry to buy tickets on our website.
