The play «Forty First» at the St. Petersburg Theatre Russian Enterprise named after Andrei Mironov is a unique theatrical event that will not leave anyone indifferent. The production, created by Honored Artist of Russia Vlad Furman, immerses the audience in the world of tragic love and dramatic experiences. The plot centers on the story of two young people, Maryutka and Govorukha-Otrok, who find themselves cut off from the outside world on a desert island, like modern-day Robinson and Friday.

Anastasia Kvitko as Maryutka and laureate of the Russian National Andrei Mironov Acting Prize «Figaro» Alexander Vasiliev, who plays Govorukha-Otrok, create incredibly lively and emotional images on stage. Dmitry Kushnerev and Gennady Alimpiev, as well as Honored Artist of Russia Alexander Bolshakov complement this ensemble, bringing their unique energy and skill.

The play «Forty-First» is Vlad Furman's third treatment of Boris Lavrenyov's story. In 2000, the director staged the play «Road to Paradise», which was nominated for the Highest Theater Prize of St. Petersburg «Golden Soffit». In 2003, the premiere of the second version of the play entitled «Fatal Love» took place. The new production «Forty-First» is a completely original work, full of irony and acting improvisation.

Musical design by Mikhail Mokienko and artistic lighting by Konstantin Udovichenko create an atmosphere that captivates the audience from the first minutes. At this performance, you can laugh and cry, experience their joys and sorrows with the heroes. The acting energy, powerfully leaving under the flies of the theater, is instantly transmitted to the audience, creating a unique connection between the stage and the audience.
