Director: Vlad Furman

The play "The Forty-First" at the St. Petersburg Theatre Russian Enterprise named after Andrei Mironov is a unique theatrical event that will not leave anyone indifferent. The production, created by the Honored Artist of Russia Vlad Furman, immerses the audience in the world of tragic love and dramatic experiences. The plot centers on the story of two young people, Maryutka and Govorukha-Otrok, who find themselves cut off from the outside world on a desert island, like modern-day Robinson and Friday.

Anastasia Kvitko as Maryutka and the winner of the Russian National Acting Award named after Andrei Mironov "Figaro" Alexander Vasiliev, who plays Govorukha-Otrok, create incredibly lively and emotional images on stage. Dmitry Kushnerev and Gennady Alimpiev, as well as Honored Artist of Russia Alexander Bolshakov, complete this ensemble, bringing their unique energy and skill.

The play "Forty-First" is Vlad Furman's third treatment of Boris Lavrenyov's story. In 2000, the director staged the play "Road to Paradise", which was nominated for the Highest Theater Prize of St. Petersburg "Golden Soffit". In 2003, the premiere of the second edition of the play took place under the name "Fatal Love". The new production of "Forty-First" is a completely original work, full of irony and acting improvisation.

Mikhail Mokienko's musical arrangement and Konstantin Udovichenko's artistic lighting create an atmosphere that captivates the audience from the first minutes. At this play, you can laugh and cry, experience their joys and sorrows together with the heroes. The acting energy, powerfully flowing under the theater's flies, is instantly transmitted to the audience, creating a unique connection between the stage and the audience.
