«Old Summer» - this is the name of the operetta by the Hungarian playwright Lajos Lajtai, based on which Oleg Levakov will present his production “Summer of Love” to the public. The libretto for this version was specially modified for the Russian production by Sergei Volsky.

According to the plot, the main character – famous theater prima. During her next stage performance, a misfortune befalls her – she faints. As it turns out later, it’s all due to old love. In the theater hall she saw the one whom she had loved for a long time and who left her for another, more profitable party. The bitterness of resentment overwhelmed her again, and she became obsessed with revenge.

Events are developing rapidly, as feelings develop between the daughter of the actress and the son of her ex. True, the young couple does not yet know that there were once bright feelings between their parents.
