Kirpichi in Saint Petersburg, Club Cosmonaut

The Kirpichi band will perform at the Kosmonavt club on January 3, 2025. The musicians have prepared a special New Year's show.

In 1995, three young artists Vasya Vasin, Kirill Solovyov and Stas Sytnik united into a team that performs rock music. Over time, the lineup of the group changed several times, but eventually it settled down, and the team under the name Kirpichi took its place on the Russian musical Olympus. From the starting lineup, only Vasin performs in it now, and Danila Smirnov and Vadim Latyshev help him write and play music. Tickets for the Kirpichi concert are a couple of hours of powerful rap rock, heartfelt hits and a special New Year's mood.

In 1998, Jay, Vasya and Danila became interested in rap and tried to create compositions in this style. At the same time, the guys were not going to give up rock. In 1999, the band recorded an album in a new sound. The album "Death on the Riva" included the hits "I Spit I" and "Tortured Bastards", which were already known to the public.

In 1999, they tried themselves as radio hosts. The project "Our Ghetto" - a weekly show with a provocative name was broadcast on the St. Petersburg channel "Radio Record". The guys performed rap on the show and from time to time shocked their listeners with harsh guitar playing. Despite the mixture of two opposite styles, the project was received very positively by fans and critics of the group.

Today, "Kirpichi" still performs, has many fans around the world and in 2021 released an album called "Senile Marasmus". The songs from it were recorded by Naik Borzov, Ilya Chert, Vladimir Begunov, Billy Novik and other famous musicians. It is a special pleasure to attend the band's live concerts, because they do not perform live often.
