Meet Guilherme Vicente, an outstanding soloist at the Mikhailovsky Theatre, whose career is rapidly developing and captivating audiences worldwide. His journey into the world of ballet began at the National Conservatory of Lisbon and then continued at the prestigious National Ballet Academy of Amsterdam under Grigory Chicherin. Since graduating in 2021 and moving to St. Petersburg, Guilherme has become an integral part of the Mikhailovsky Theatre company.
Guilherme Vicente is renowned for his sophistication and elegance, making him an ideal performer of the lyrical repertoire. However, his talent is not limited to this. He masterfully transforms into a variety of characters, whether the demonic Carabosse in The Sleeping Beauty or the comical Chairman's Wife in The Bright Stream. His ability to expand his range and surprise audiences anew makes his performances a true highlight each time.
In 2024, Guilherme became a principal dancer with the ballet company, and just a year later, he was promoted to soloist. This is recognition of his talent and contribution to the art of ballet.
