Viktor Verzhbitsky is an outstanding theater and film actor whose multifaceted career spans decades and numerous genres. Born in Tashkent, he began his career in theater at the Tashkent State Academic Drama Theater named after M. Gorky. In 1996, Viktor moved to Moscow, where he joined the New Drama Theater, and later the Et Cetera Theater. His work at the Moscow Drama Theater named after A.S. Pushkin is remembered by audiences for his roles in the plays "Mad Money" and "Great Magic."

Verzhbitsky is also known as a television host, having captivated audiences with his documentary series "Mystical Stories with Viktor Verzhbitsky" on TV-3 and the talk show "People Will Judge" on the Rossiya-1 channel. He recently joined the Chekhov Moscow Art Theatre company to perform in a production of The Brothers Karamazov, based on Fyodor Dostoevsky's novel.

His achievements have been recognized with numerous awards, including the Golden Eagle Award and the MTV Russia Film Award. In 2011, he was awarded the title of People's Artist of the Russian Federation.
