Pavel Vashchilin is a distinguished Russian actor and teacher whose career is closely linked to the A.P. Chekhov Moscow Art Theater. After graduating from the Moscow Art Theater School in 1999, he joined the theater company, where his acting talent was showcased in a number of significant productions. Among the productions in which he has excelled are "The Passing Goose," "The Little Humpbacked Horse," and "An Ideal Husband. A Comedy." His performances have been highly praised by both audiences and critics, as evidenced by numerous awards, including the Russian State Prize and the prestigious Golden Mask Award.

For over two decades, Pavel has been an active participant in literary evenings called "Reading Circle," where he introduces audiences to the latest works of Russian literature. His dedication to theatrical art is complemented by his significant teaching career: from 2018 to 2023, he taught at the Gogol School creative laboratory, and since 2022, he has directed the "Dreamers' Street" art group.

Pavel Vashchilin also holds a PhD in sociology, defending his dissertation on the socialization of creative youth in Russia. This demonstrates his deep understanding of not only art but also social processes.
