Description
Artyom Sokolov is an outstanding actor who graduated from the directing department of the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts (GITIS) in 2016 under the mentorship of E. B. Kamenkovich and D. A. Krymov. His professional career began at the Moscow Art Theater, where he was invited in 2015. During this time, Artyom has distinguished himself in a wide variety of roles, making him a sought-after and versatile performer.
Am's notable works include "The Musketeers. Saga. Part One," directed by K. Bogomolov, in which he played several roles, and "The Last Sacrifice" by A. N. Ostrovsky, directed by Yu. Eremin, in which he portrayed Sacerdon. In the production of "Bright Path. 19.17," Artyom portrayed Trotsky, and in the adaptation of Oscar Wilde's "An Ideal Husband," he played Moloch.
Artyom has also participated in unique theatrical projects, such as the international project "German Theater. For the First Time in Russian" with the production "And Then..." and the evening dedicated to the 150th anniversary of Maxim Gorky's birth, "The Sun Rises." These works demonstrate his ability to work in various genres and with various directors.
