Linkin Park is a legendary American rock band formed in 1996. Its current line-up includes Mike Shinoda, Brad Delson, Dave Farrell, Joe Khan, Emily Armstrong and Colin Brittain. The band is known for its innovative musical styles, mixing elements of alternative rock, nu metal and electronica. Their debut album Hybrid Theory (2000) became a global phenomenon and received the «diamond» status of the RIAA. Meteora (2003) continued the band’s success, reaching number one on the Billboard 200 charts.Over time, Linkin Park experimented with sound, as seen on the albums Minutes to Midnight and A Thousand Suns. The latter is particularly notable for the increased elements of electronic music. The album Living Things combines all the previous stylistic developments of the band. The Hunting Party returns to a heavier rock sound, and One More Light goes in a pop direction.

After the tragic loss of vocalist Chester Bennington in 2017, the band suspended operations, but in 2024 announced a reunion with new members. The eighth studio album From Zero was released on November 15, 2024.
