Description

Pavel Olegovich Tabakov, born on August 1, 1995 in Moscow, is a Russian actor who actively works both on the theater stage and in cinema. He was born into a family of famous actors - Oleg Tabakov and Marina Zudina. Pavel has a younger sister Maria, born in 2006, as well as an older brother Anton, a restaurateur, and a sister Alexandra on his father's side.

Pavel made his first appearance on the theater stage in 2008, when he was only 12 years old. He played the role of Vincent in the production of "The Moon Monster" at the Moscow Art Theater named after A.P. Chekhov. As a child, his interests were far from the acting profession - he was more attracted to entrepreneurship. However, after finishing 9th grade, he told his parents about his intention to enroll in the Theater School founded by his father.

In 2011, Pavel became a student at the Oleg Tabakov Theater School and moved to a dormitory to live separately from his parents. After completing his studies in 2015, he joined the troupe of the Moscow Theater under the direction of Oleg Tabakov, as well as the team of the Moscow Art Theater named after A.P. Chekhov.

Pavel's film career began in 2014 with his debut role as a 15-year-old schoolboy in the drama "Star". Since then, he has been actively acting in various films and TV series, including the popular role of Tsarevich Pavel in the historical series "Catherine. Takeoff".

Since 2017, Pavel has been studying at the production department of GITIS in absentia. In September 2018, he left the Moscow Theater of Oleg Tabakov of his own free will, after Vladimir Mashkov appointed him the new artistic director. After that, Tabakov decided to focus on the film industry.
