FC Dynamo Makhachkala

Football club "Dynamo" Makhachkala is not just a team, but a symbol of the sporting spirit and traditions of Dagestan. Founded in 1927, the club has come a long way, winning the respect and love of fans. Becoming the owner of the RSFSR Cup in 1967 and eight-time champion of Dagestan, "Dynamo" left an indelible mark on the history of Russian football. After being disbanded in 2007, the club was revived in 2021 and has since continued to delight fans with its achievements, including winning Group 1 of the FNL Second Division in the 2021/22 season and reaching the Premier League in the 2024/25 season.

The club is proud of its historical records, including 3rd place in the zonal tournament of Group II of Class A in the 1968 USSR Championship and 2nd place in the Russian First League in the 2023/24 season. The first successes in the RPL were also not long in coming: the first victory over Akhmat and Idar Shumakhov's first goal in the match against Khimki went down in the history of the club.
