Anna Dubrovskaya is one of the most striking and versatile actresses of Russian theater and cinema, whose works leave an indelible impression on viewers. Honored Artist of Russia, she showed creative abilities from childhood, which predetermined her successful career in the world of art. Born in Minsk, Anna began figure skating and participating in musical ensembles at a young age, which became the basis for her future success on stage and screen.
Training at the B. Shchukin Theater School under the direction of V. Ivanov opened the doors to the world of great art for her. Already in 1992, she played her first leading role in the comedy film "I Want Your Husband", and soon after graduating from school, she became an integral part of the troupe of the State Academic Theater named after E. Vakhtangov. On this stage, she embodied many vivid images in the performances "Othello", "Uncle's Dream", "The Tsar's Hunt" and others.
Anna Dubrovskaya is also known for her roles in cinema, including such films as "The Messenger" by Sergei Bodrov Jr. and the cult films "Night Watch" and "Day Watch". Her talent has been recognized with numerous awards, including the "Seagull" award for her role as Beatrice in the comedy "Much Ado About Nothing".
