Alexander Rosenbaum is an outstanding Russian singer, poet and composer, whose work has inspired and touched the hearts of millions of people for decades. Born on September 13, 1951 in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg). From early childhood he showed interest in music, graduated from a music school with a degree in piano and an evening music school with a degree in jazz arrangement. Despite his medical education and work as a doctor, Alexander Yakovlevich found his true calling in music.

Rosenbaum is known for his deep and heartfelt lyrics, which touch on a variety of topics - from love and friendship to philosophical reflections on life and death. His songs, such as "Boston Waltz" and “Ducks”, became real national hits and have not lost their popularity and relevance to this day. Over the course of his career, he wrote more than 800 songs and poems, released 35 albums, and appeared in seven feature films and several documentaries. In 2001, Alexander Rosenbaum was awarded the title “People’s Artist of Russia,” which confirmed his enormous contribution to the development of Russian culture.
