The complex also has a conference hall for seminars and meetings, training halls for various sports, including volleyball, basketball, mini-football and handball. Of particular interest is the trampoline jumping room and the gym, which is popular not only with professional athletes, but also with residents of nearby areas.

On the third floor there are spacious fitness rooms, where Pilates and oriental dance classes are held. And in the magnificent billiards hall, professional tables and billiard coaches await you. On the fourth floor there is a taekwondo wrestling room, which is also the base for the Olympic Reserve Sports School No. 6 of the Orenburg Region.
