Description
The Palace of Culture of Railway Workers or the House of Culture of Railway Workers was founded on October 26, 1977. The building of the Recreation Center was built according to a standard design used in many cities of the USSR, symbolizing the strength and steadfastness of the Soviet government. The building is also distinguished by spacious foyers, spacious halls and a huge club area.
Beautiful parterre landscaping and a small pond made it possible to distinguish the Palace building from the general surrounding architectural ensemble. The stage of the Recreation Center is almost completely identical to the stage of the Novosibirsk State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater. The palace houses several halls - a large concert hall with 980 seats, which hosts concerts and performances, and a small hall with 200 seats.
For those who prefer active recreation, there is a sports complex with a total area of 650 square meters, in which you will find everything you need from a wardrobe to showers.
The various creative teams and their creative studios deserve special mention. If you really wanted to learn how to sing or dance, come to the DCJ and they will teach you everything.
Also, many famous artists regularly perform on the stage of the DCJ, for example, Alexander Rosenbaum, Dima Bilan, "Knyazz", "Picnic", Nargiz, "Brainstorm", "Lube", "Kipelov", The Turkish Choir, Chaif, Irina Allegrova, Philip Kirkorov, Nikolai Gnatyuk and others.
