Metallica announce two big shows in the Middle East in 2025!

Metallica last played Abu Dhabi in 2013 and the show was a landmark event for fans. Their first appearance in the region on Yas Island in 2011 laid the foundation for a devoted fan base. Now, more than a decade later, they are back to delight everyone who has been waiting for this moment.

The concert takes place as part of one of the most spectacular stages of the "royal race". The adrenaline of the race track and the powerful sound of metal create a unique atmosphere where sporting excitement intertwines with musical delight. This is not just a concert performance, but the culmination of a race weekend.

The band brings with them the massive M72 tour, which has already won the hearts of audiences around the world. Expect breathtaking pyrotechnic effects, laser shows and huge LED screens, as well as stage structures created especially for large arenas. The program includes favorite hits: from classic pieces of the 80s ("Master of Puppets", "Enter Sandman", "One", "Seek & Destroy") to cult tracks of the 90s ("Nothing Else Matters", "Sad But True") and fresh compositions from the latest album "72 Seasons" (2023), which was awarded a Grammy Award for Best Metal Album in 2024. The unrivaled stage charisma of James Hetfield, the virtuoso guitar playing of Kirk Hammett, the powerful bass of Robert Trujillo and the indomitable energy of Lars Ulrich will be the main accents of the show! The music will be playing all weekend long.
