Justin Timberlake plans to perform at the Olympic Stadium in Baku on July 27, 2025
Timberlake's career began with his appearance on the popular TV show The Mickey Mouse Club in the early 1990s. He later became famous for his participation in the boy band NSYNC, which conquered the music charts in the late 1990s and early 2000s. At the peak of the band's popularity, Justin decided to start a solo career, and his first album, Justified, became a real breakthrough. Hits such as Cry Me a River, Like I Love You, and Rock Your Body quickly won the hearts of listeners, proving that Timberlake is capable of creating unique music. His second album, FutureSex/LoveSounds, released in 2006, cemented his reputation as a successful solo artist with tracks such as "SexyBack", "My Love" and "What Goes Around... Comes Around".
After a break in his career, Justin released two albums in 2013, The 20/20 Experience (Parts 1 and 2), which were also successful, with the songs "Suit & Tie" and "Mirrors" becoming hits. In 2018, he released the folk and country-inspired Man of the Woods, which received mixed reviews but was also commercially successful. In addition to music, Timberlake is actively involved in film and business.
Justin is now returning with his first album in six years, Everything I Thought It Was. This project marks a return to the R&B and pop style that brought him fame at the dawn of his solo career. The recording featured such artists as rapper Tobe Nwigwe, singer Fireboy DML and former colleagues from the group "NSYNC". Despite the nostalgic motives, the new album is filled with fresh musical experiments.
