Leningrad was able to unite under its banner a variety of people - from intellectuals to ordinary workers. Sergey Shnurov has changed significantly during his career: from the image of a hooligan, he moved to a more mature lifestyle. Today, he writes songs for female vocals, plays sports, and has become known as an artist, actor, and TV presenter. Together with Shnurov, his band has evolved.
In the 2010s, talented female vocalists joined the band, each of whom contributed to the development of the group. At first, female vocals served as an accent for hooligan lyrics, but with the arrival of Yulia Kogan, the group gained a new level of popularity. Alisa Vox, who replaced her, brought success with the hit "Exhibit", which went viral due to its humor.
Currently, the group includes Florida Chanturia and Vasilisa Starshova, along with Victoria Kuzmina, Maria Olkhova, and Anna Zotova. This vocal lineup adds variety and spectacle to the concerts.
The group's latest album, "Boomers and Zoomers," was recorded together with Instasamka. Although Daria Eropkina does not plan to remain a permanent member of the group, her participation has added fresh colors to the band's new material.
