The unique ballet "Russian Hamlet" returns to the Alexandrinsky Theater stage with new energy and sophistication!

The unique ballet "Russian Hamlet" returns to the Alexandrinsky Theatre from May 9 to August 21. This performance, created by the talented choreographer Boris Eifman, is a vivid example of the fusion of art and history.

Inspired by the figure of Paul I, Eifman embodied on stage the tragic struggle of a mentally fragile individual with a cruel and deceitful world. Limiting himself to the time frame of Paul I's succession, the choreographer created a stunning production full of emotional tension and scenic metaphors.

"Russian Hamlet" has already won the hearts of audiences around the world. The play has been successfully staged in the USA, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, China, South Korea, Argentina and many other countries. Critics praised the production, noting the uniqueness and electrifying power of Boris Eifman's work.

In 2012 "Russian Hamlet" temporarily left the stage, but in this 40th anniversary season of the Eifman Theatre it returns with new energy and sophistication. The choreographer has retained the storyline of the performance, but at the same time has rethought the choreographic score, making it even more inventive and emotionally rich.

The ballet "Russian Hamlet" is a unique opportunity to plunge into the world of art and enjoy the high skill of talented artists. Don't miss the chance to attend this exciting event on the beautiful grounds of the Alexandrinsky Theater. Tickets are on sale now on our website. Hurry up, the number of seats is limited!
