The Central Academic Theater of the Russian Army, founded on February 6, 1930, is one of the most significant cultural institutions in Moscow. Located in a unique building designed in the shape of a five-pointed star by architects Karo Alabyan and Vasily Simbirtsev, the theater attracts attention not only with its architectural features, but also with its rich history and varied repertoire.
Since its founding, the theater has been actively working in military units and garrisons, providing professional support and training to the leaders of army groups. Today, the Central Academic Theater of the Russian Army offers spectators performances on a military-patriotic theme, such as “Sevastopol March”, “Once upon a time”, “Forever Alive”, “Odnoklassniki”, “Nightingale Night” and “Sanya, Vanya, Rimas is with them.” A special place in the repertoire is occupied by the play “The Fate of a House,” staged for the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
