On the Moscow stage of the Mossovet State Academic Theater there will be a screening of the play “Man in a Closed Room” based on the work of Tatiana Zagadai. Stage director - Pavel Parkhomenko. The main character of the play “The Man in a Closed Room” based on the work of Tatiana Zagadai is called Zhanna. One day she decides to come to the city of her childhood, where she once grew up and where she has not visited for a very long time. True, she still has two tasks that must be completed - organizing her dad’s funeral and at the same time decisively breaking all ties with her past and the unpleasant memories associated with it. But as always, theory differs greatly from practice, and on the way to her goals the heroine faces serious problems. Moreover, one of them turns out to be quite unpredictable. As it turned out, her father suddenly “came to life.” Is it true that Zhanna cannot fully figure out whether this is reality or a figment of her fevered imagination? Also at the same time, she meets her childhood friend Kostya, who in turn volunteers to help the woman. Then events begin to develop according to a completely unpredictable scenario.
According to director Pavel Parkhomenko, this performance is primarily built around an unconscious desire to correct old mistakes and thus gain new hopes and forgiveness.
