The play "Little Opera" at the Maly Theater is a unique stage version of the book of the same name by Slava Se. Playwright Elena Isaeva adapted the work specifically for the Maly Theatre, offering the audience a gripping interpretation that combines elements of Shvartsev's humor and the dramaturgy of Eduardo De Filippo. This is a fairy tale for adults, in which director Vladimir Dragunov encourages the actors to take a free and hooligan approach to their roles, giving the production a special parable quality.

"Little Opera" invites the audience to immerse themselves in a world where everyday details give way to eternal themes and feelings. The story presented on stage could have happened at any time and in any place, since its central theme is love. It is love that becomes the main driver of the plot, around which the events of the play unfold.

The production will take place in the historic building of the Maly Theatre, which has long been a symbol of high art and cultural heritage. The theater's auditorium, famous for its unique acoustics and atmosphere, will create ideal conditions for perceiving this deep and multi-layered story.
